SOUNDRAW is a browser-based AI music generator centered on instrumental tracks. Its public product surfaces describe choosing genre, mood, length, tempo, energy, and instruments, then editing intensity and arrangement across a timeline. That is a different workflow from a free-text lyric-to-song product: users steer a structured generator and revise the resulting instrumental rather than asking for integrated lead vocals and exact lyrics.

These are documented capabilities, not proof of sound quality, adherence, speed, reliability, availability on every plan, or successful generation on every account. The current help center explicitly says the generator creates instrumentals and does not support integrated vocals or lyrics. Users can add vocals or lyrics later in external digital-audio-workstation software, but an external workflow is not built-in custom-lyrics support.

AIMUSIC.GUIDE did not log in, register, generate, or download music for this review. This review combines current official facts with attributed public actual-use evidence. The custom-lyrics fact has been corrected to observed false, and a later append-only pricing clarification identifies the current promotional Creator month-to-month price while preserving the earlier conflicted record as history.

Independent evidence points to fast iteration with a creative ceiling

Beatonomy and Automateed provide two current actual-use source families. Both remain Grade B rather than final verdicts.

Beatonomy says a working producer used seven tools in real sessions and gives SOUNDRAW-specific findings. It describes a parameter-led background-music workflow with genre, mood, tempo, energy, instrument, length, and timeline controls. The article positions SOUNDRAW as useful for producers who also make content, while reporting less creative headroom than prompt-led generators and a recognizable house sound that may become noticeable with frequent use.

The method is incomplete. Beatonomy does not publish the exact SOUNDRAW settings, product version, plan, attempt count, failures, timings, complete outputs, or a repeatable listening rubric. Affiliate and sponsorship status remain unknown rather than being treated as absent. Its pricing, licensing, stem, winner, and ranking statements are excluded from official facts and AIMUSIC.GUIDE scores.

Automateed reports an April 2026 test covering ambient, upbeat-pop, and cinematic settings, about six variations per vibe, track-length and instrument adjustments, and MP3 or WAV exports. It describes quick mood and instrument iteration and usable background audio, while hearing repetition in drums and harmony and finding deeper control limited on lower-tier access.

Automateed discloses affiliate or referral links in its editorial policy, and the assessed SOUNDRAW link routes through TAAFT. It therefore cannot qualify alone and requires the separate Beatonomy family for corroboration. The article omits complete exact controls, output artifacts, account or plan identity, failures, measured timings, codec inspection, loudness measurements, and a blind listening rubric. Its price, plan, rights, and feature claims are excluded from factual fields.

The two approved source observations and assessments meet the minimum two-record, two-family evidence rule for Sound, Control, and Workflow. They do not by themselves establish a public score, ranking, professional-release success rate, or superiority over another tool.

Native controls are the main workflow distinction

SOUNDRAW's control model is its clearest product difference. Users can combine genre, mood, tempo, energy, duration, instruments, and timeline edits instead of relying only on a prose prompt. That structure may be useful for repeatable background-music briefs where timing and energy shape matter.

The same structure can limit open-ended interpretation. Beatonomy reports a recognizable product character and less creative headroom than prompt-led alternatives. Automateed reports that deeper control is limited on lower-tier access. Neither source proves how every genre, setting combination, or plan behaves, and neither publishes a complete attempt-level trail.

Audio upload remains unknown. SOUNDRAW documents video preview and external DAW use, but those do not establish uploading an audio reference, vocal recording, or existing song into the generator. Missing means unknown, not false.

Custom lyrics required a more definite correction. The older official observation was missing, but current help explicitly establishes that integrated vocals and lyrics are unsupported. The append-only observed-false replacement is now applied locally. The profile must not confuse adding vocals later in external software with native lyric generation.

Creator is US$12.99 month-to-month only while the promotion remains live

With Monthly explicitly selected, the current pricing control showed US$19.99 per month struck through and US$12.99 per month emphasized for Creator. With Annual selected, it showed US$16.99 struck through and US$11.04 per month emphasized. The separate Creator landing page's US$19.99 figure is therefore consistent with the regular monthly list price rather than a second current promotional price.

US$12.99 is the current promotional month-to-month price, not a permanent list price. US$11.04 is an annual-commitment monthly equivalent, not an actual month-to-month price. The campaign says it ends July 31 and may end earlier, so the promotion must be rechecked immediately before publication. Annual totals were not displayed and are not inferred.

The same current pricing capture lists Artist Starter at US$29.99 month-to-month and US$19.49 as the annual monthly equivalent; Artist Pro at US$35.99 and US$23.39; and Artist Unlimited at US$50 and US$32.50. Enterprise has no public exact price. Taxes, checkout eligibility, localized currencies, campaign expiry, legacy pages, and post-campaign values remain separate.

These plan values are subscription facts rather than proof of value or cost per accepted track. The evidence does not report repeated attempts, failed generations, accepted-result rates, download accounting, or plan-level production outcomes. The append-only clarification supports the bounded scoring and review fact, while the older conflicted Creator `/pricing` row remains historical and numerically withheld until a current replacement plan snapshot passes its separate publication gate.

Creator and Artist licenses solve different jobs

SOUNDRAW's June 12, 2025 Terms and their Schedule control over broader marketing language. The Free Plan permits personal use only. Creator permits qualifying commercial use when the music is background material embedded in a larger project, not standalone music distribution.

Artist plans add distribution paths for sufficiently modified songs. Current help says qualifying distribution requires user-created vocals or melody across at least 60% of the track. Standalone instrumental derivatives carry the same substantial-arrangement boundary, and Content ID registration is prohibited.

The licenses remain plan-specific, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. A true commercial-use flag therefore means at least one permitted paid path exists; it does not mean every use is allowed, Creator permits standalone release, Artist permits unmodified distribution, or a client receives ownership. Client, sync, cancellation, and subscription-dependent cases still need plan-specific review. This summary is not legal advice.

Royalties, creative additions, and ownership are separate

SOUNDRAW's older copyright article says the original and complete generated track remains SOUNDRAW property while users own elements they add or modify. The newer Terms reserve SOUNDRAW's neighboring rights in generated sound sources and grant users a plan-specific license. Current help also notes that conventional copyright may not exist in every AI-generated component.

Those statements should be attributed rather than collapsed into a broad claim. The Terms control where an older explainer is wider. Keeping royalties, owning a user-created vocal or melody, holding a usage license, and owning the complete generated track are different concepts.

No public copy should promise copyrightability, exclusivity, non-infringement, ownership transfer, distributor acceptance, or unrestricted downstream use. SOUNDRAW's retained rights and the user's qualifying creative contributions must remain visible together.

Stems are documented only on higher Artist tiers

The current plan table documents MP3 on Creator and Artist Starter, while Artist Pro and Artist Unlimited add WAV and stem downloads. The help center describes separate WAV components such as drums, bass, melody, vocals when present, and effects.

That supports a plan-gated stem path, not a universal entitlement. It does not establish MIDI export, an exact stem count, clean separation, accurate labels, download success, compatibility with every workstation, or a successful AIMUSIC.GUIDE test.

Producers who need stems should recheck the exact tier and download rules immediately before purchase. The independent reports mention MP3 and WAV exports, but they do not provide codec inspection, raw artifacts, or a complete stem-quality assessment.

Who should consider SOUNDRAW

SOUNDRAW's clearest fit is a creator who needs adjustable instrumental background music and prefers native controls over open-ended text prompting. The current evidence supports quick iteration and useful background results more strongly than deep creative freedom or a distinctive master-ready sound.

It is a weaker fit for lyric-led songwriters, users who need a verified reference-audio path, buyers who need a stable non-promotional Creator price, or artists expecting unmodified distribution and Content ID. Rights-sensitive projects should match the exact use to Free, Creator, or Artist terms before download or release.
