Spotify adds Kobalt to its AI remix licensing roster
Spotify and Kobalt signed a licensing agreement for Spotify's upcoming AI-powered covers and remixes tool, its first publishing deal for the product outside Universal Music Group. Spotify has not confirmed the tool's launch date or price, so the agreement expands rights coverage ahead of release.
